Easy Festive Drink + Snack! Santa's Magic Potion + Santa Grinch Kabobs

          What you need...

• Green grapes
• Strawberries
• Bananas
• Toothpicks

1. Slice bananas
2. Cut stems off the strawberries
3. Place grape, banana slice, strawberry, and then slice the top end of the banana for Santas pom pom on his hat
4. You are done! Enjoy this healthy snack :) 

Santa's Magic Potion (non-alcoholic)

What you need...

• Eggnog 
• Baileys Irish Cream Coffee Creamer (not the liquor) 
• Cinnamon

1. Pour eggnog into your glass 
2. Add as much or as little coffee creamer as you like and stir until drink is properly blended
3. Sprinkle cinnamon for extra flavor
4. Enjoy your potion! :)

Starbucks at Home: Caramel Brûlée Latte

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. espresso or strong coffee
• 8 oz. steamed milk
• 1 oz. vanilla bean syrup
• 2 tbsp. caramel ice cream topping
• Whipped Cream (optional)

Directions:

1. Add caramel to the cup and then vanilla bean syrup

2. Pour coffee or espresso in cup

3. Pour steamed milk in cup

4. Top with whipped cream if you like and enjoy!

Holiday Baking with Leftover Halloween Candy: Candied Caramel Apple Pie

Still have 5 pounds of halloween candy leftover? Then make yourself a pie! If you have Snickers that would be even better. If not, you can definitely use Hershey's or any other chocolate candies. This is the perfect sweet treat since Thanksgiving is right around the corner and it's never too early to start baking!

Ingredients:

• 1 pie crust
• 3 green apples diced
• 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
• 15-20 mini snickers (or any other leftover halloween chocolate candies you have) chopped
• 2 1/2 cups whipped topping softened
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 4 oz softened, cream cheese

Directions:

1. Spread chocolate candies on bottom of pie crust. Next layer the apples. Then drizzle caramel on top.
2. Combine whipped topping, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together in a small bowl and spread on top. 
3. Drizzle with caramel and a few chocolate candies. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Take out about 5 minutes before serving and top with apple slices. 

4. Enjoy!

Trick or TREAT #1: Ghost Pizza

Thinking of serving pizza at your Halloween Party? Make these scary slices that will scream BOO! It's pretty easy, you just need your standard homemade pizza staples and some creativity. 

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Black Olives 

1. Take your pizza dough, put on some pizza sauce and blobs of mozzarella for the ghosts. Bake. 

2. Once you take your fresh pizza out of the oven put 2 black olives on each ghost for the eyes. 

3. You are done! See how you can take something so simple (and delicious) and turn into a spooky creation. Enjoy and devour if you DARE....

Starbucks at Home: Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients: 
1 cup milk, divided
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup brewed espresso
Whipped Cream (optional)

Directions:

1. Whisk 1/2 cup milk, sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Whisk in remaining 1/2 cup milk.

2. Pour milk mixture through a strainer to remove pulp. Return mixture to saucepan and simmer and whisk. Add espresso and whisk until foamy. Add whipped cream if you like, put on your sweater and uggs and you are ready for fall!

Better Than Starbucks

I know I have never given a review on anything on my blog but this was definitely something to rave about. I recently went to Lake George, NY for a few days and happened to come across this mom and pop cafe which is absolutely worth an experience. I ordered a vanilla latte and my mom ordered a cappuccino. The coffee was ready in less than 10 minutes and voila, our lattes were served on the table. The price cannot be beaten, both of these were only $3 each which is very cheap compared to Starbucks. I would pay $8 for this cup of coffee but $3 cannot be beaten. The taste was also very rich and creamy and they freshly brew the coffee beans in front of you. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and so it's an honor for me to say this is better than Starbucks. If you ever go to Lake George, then please go this cafe, it's called Caffe Vero. Best coffee I have ever had!!

Hello Everybody!

I know it has been a long time since I have posted something on my blog and I wanted to update because of course I would never just stop posting on my blog without telling you guys. Right now I'm currently on Summer Vacation for the next 2 months so I do have a lot of time to post stuff so I will definitely post something soon.
