You have most likely seen this look on almost everyone-- from Miley Cyrus to a 16 year old shopping at Forever 21. It's the hottest trend right now and pretty much anything high waisted is what you see in stores. Celebrities have taken this trend to an extreme in some cases. But, the number one rule when following a popular trend is to make sure you are wearing it right. If you aren't, no point of wearing it.
