Easy Healthy Breakfast Ideas! Avocado Egg Toast + Acai Bowl

                  Avocado Egg Toast

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of bread 
• 1 avocado 
• 2 eggs
• Red pepper flakes (optional) 

Directions:

1. Toast 2 slices of bread 
2. Slice up an avocado and create a chunky paste, you are most likely not going to need the whole avocado. 
3. Spread the avocado on the slices of bread 
4. Make your eggs sunny side-up 
5. Put your sunny side-up on the toast
6. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes if you like and you are done!

                                       Acai Bowl

Ingredients:
  • Acai Smoothie Pack (you can find it in the freezer section of the grocery store, if not a smoothie will work) 
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Chia Seeds
Remember this is a basic acai bowl I made, you can put whatever toppings you like and customize the acai bowl. 


Directions:

1. Blend your smoothie in the blender, follow the instructions for the Smoothie Pack or create your own

2. Pour it into the bowl

3. Add your toppings and you are done! It was that easy :)
